Terms & Conditions – Plush Paws

1. Services Offered

Plush Paws offers the following services:

  • In-home grooming (and in-salon grooming when available)

  • In-home pet sitting

  • Individual dog walking

Each service is personalized according to the animal’s needs and temperament. Plush Paws reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the animal displays dangerous behavior or if conditions do not allow for a safe service to be provided.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • All appointments must be confirmed in advance, by phone, message, or online form.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show without valid reason, cancellation fees may apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate and complete information about their pet (health, behavior, allergies, special needs, etc.).

  • The pet must be vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for parasites (especially for grooming or pet sitting services).

  • The client must ensure that the environment is safe for in-home services (access to water, sufficient space, etc.).

4. Plush Paws Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful, professional, and personalized care for each pet.

  • Take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals.

  • Inform the client of any unusual behavior, injury, or issue that may occur during the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Plush Paws cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing health issues that were not disclosed.

  • Unexpected reactions to products or handling (despite all necessary precautions).

  • Any damage caused by the pet to third parties or to itself outside the scope of the service.

6.Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of service, by Interac transfer, cash, or any other payment method accepted by Plush Paws.

  • Prices are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on the animal’s behavior, coat condition, or specific requests.

  • No service will be provided without full payment at the time of the appointment.

7. Modifications

Plush Paws reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client and published on the company’s official channels.
